| Suggestion: |
It was three working procedure that paper cup, paper
bowel was made from raw and processed materials (paper) to merchandise
(shaping paper cup,paper bowel):printing, mould cutting ,moulding,but
it only takes two processed from paper food box:mould cutting, moulding.
Presently, most investors ask outside to finish printing and mould
cutting at the beginning, except that large scale manufacturers accomplished
all processes independently.
one It would reduce investment ,the other strengthen the print technology
specialization. It is asked to ensure the quality of products by professional
press;
At last, the speed of one printing machine and plain scoring machine
can match four paper forming machine,or it would lead to leave equipment
unused.
For above-mentioned reasons:we suggestted investors to do only forming
processes ,and relegate printing and mould cutting to nearby press.
the two processes is no influence basically to profit, because the
needful expense for them is only account ror less than 1/20.
Certainly,it is much better for you to product greatly,or do by yourself, this
can reduce middle tache and increase production efficency.
There was suppliers to plain scoring machine, offset point machine
at Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, etc.and they all keep cooperation with
our factory,Meanwhile,we can introduce them to you if you need.
